HTC Velocity 4G Price, Review, Specs, cell phone reviews, After some silent period, last week HTC announced a super mobile phone for year 2012. that is HTC Velocity 4G. this is a quite special phone in couple of ways. first thing is it’s a one of the first 4G phone which is going to launch for the Tesla network. second thing is there are couple of new features in this phone which hasn’t been on a mobile phone ever. HTC Velocity 4G has a 4.5 inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen and the screen resolution is 540 x 960 pixels. this is a quite higher resolution than the resolution of ipad.
HTC Velocity 4G HD comes with the latest version of HTC sense UI, 3.5. it has 16GB internal memory and supports up to 32GB memory cards. it runs with Android 2.3 gingerbread OS but it can be upgraded to Android 4.0 ICS. HTC Velocity 4G HD has a very powerful 1.5GHz Dual-core processor and 1GB RAM. it has a 8MP main camera, however it’s not just a 8MP camera. it can record 1080p HD videos at 60fps rate and im pretty sure HTC Velocity 4G HD is the only one phone in the world which can record videos at 60fps rate. the instant capture feature of this camera allows you to take pictures without focusing delay. also there is a 1.3MP camera at the front for video calling and face unlocking. the funny thing is even that camera can record 720p videos.
HTC Velocity 4G HD has a classic HTC candy bar design but it has nice glossy finish. like in any other smart phone, it has GPS,FM radio and a digital compass. also there is a TV out which allows you to directly play recorded HD videos on TV. the battery capacity says to be 1650mAh but i doubt whether it will be sufficient for a this kind of high end phone.
